These run really small, but once you find your correct size they are a godsend! I had to order 10.5 in these and I wear a 9-9.5 in regular shoes. (I have 9.5 in MBT sport, 10 in MBT Chapa, and 10 in MBT Lami). These really work your legs, especially if you are walking up hill! No more aching feet---MBT's have become my go-to comfort shoe. I hope they keep improving the styles!
