I hesitated for a couple of years of spending the money for MBTs, but had a leg and knee problem and was hoping it would help. Since I am 77 years old, I also worried that I would have a hard time walking in them. I have no problem walking, but do have a problem of standing, especially on a slant or uneven ground. I do think they have helped my knees and legs, but will hold my opinion until I have worn them a few more months. I have worn them a month now, with not too much problem.

Feel comfortable. Stood in them all day at a trade show, and my feet didn't hurt! That's pretty amazing. I don think they look very nice, honestly, but they served their purpose. They are now my trade show shoes, and I try to wear pants that partly cover them.
