MBT - I love this shoe. It makes my trips to the gym much more comfortable. BUT, I have a high arch and find that there is not nearly enough support for my arch. I have talked to others who
have the same problem, so a little more support in the arch would be very much appreciated.

Too soon to tell about MBT - Following a herniated disc, I did physical therapy, which helped a great deal. Now I'm doing Pilates and trying out a pair of MBT鈥檚 for added spinal alignment. So far I can't tell if they make a difference beyond the PT and Pilates. They do work some underused muscles, so that can't be bad. Time will tell. I'm going to try a pair of Earth shoes for comparison.
