Ideal for walking and being on your feet - I find the MBT M. Walk perfect for my job, where I have to be on my feet all day on concrete floors. They make a big difference in how my feet feel at the end of the day over regular shoes. They provide excellent arch support. I find them awkward for running but that is OK since I don't use them for that. Use caution if climbing ladders etc since the sole is convex and makes you balance. Get a half size larger than you take in a normal shoe.
